About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Corner Brook location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to control labour and product costs.
- Set staff schedules, train employees, and evaluate daily performance.
- Organise inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and manage catering contracts.
- Address customer complaints, uphold safety standards, and ensure a secure workplace.
- Plan, direct, and control all aspects of restaurant operations.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility, organized mindset, and a team‑player attitude.
