About the role

Join 3 Brasseurs as a Front‑of‑House Manager and lead the daily operations of a vibrant, on‑site brewed beer restaurant. You will work in a participative environment, enjoying autonomy, responsibility and clear pathways for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, hygiene standards and smooth service flow.
• Motivate, train and develop the service team, handling recruitment, scheduling and performance coaching.
• Manage administrative tasks, monitor financial flows, control bar/kitchen inventory and analyse results to meet targets.
• Act as brand ambassador at commercial events and support internal and external marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high‑volume hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Solid floor supervision background with a good foundation in administrative and financial management.
• Strong communication skills in English and a customer‑oriented mindset.
