About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant crew and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, rotating through stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and cash register while providing friendly, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system to take orders and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support teammates across all stations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant procedures.
