About the role
Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station—grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo—and become part of a culture that values real food and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
- Operate the grill, cash register, and food‑prep stations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to guests.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and supporting teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
