About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you will help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required; you will receive comprehensive training to work at any station.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards.
• Operate the grill, prep area, salsa station, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests, answering questions and handling transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant procedures.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
