Restaurant Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our McDonald’s team in St. Catharines. In this role you will support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service and help drive the restaurant’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or fast‑service environment.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in St. Catharines.
