About the role
This part‑time position supports a SSHRC‑funded project that re‑imagines the university through arts‑based methods. Working under the supervision of Dr. Mindy Carter, you will contribute to planning, execution, research, and writing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing research activities related to the project’s objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings.
- Prepare written reports, briefs, and academic materials.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate arts‑based approaches into research design.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress against timelines.
Required profile
- Completed MA degree and currently enrolled in a PhD program.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong interest in arts‑based research and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Literature review and academic research skills.
What we offer
- Hourly wage of $35.50 CAD.
- Part‑time schedule (10 hours per week).
- Fixed‑term appointment from September 1 2026 to December 31 2026.
