Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and gain immediate access to live global vacancies. You will work independently, sourcing top talent for client roles and earning placement fees directly.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active hiring processes on the platform.
- Submit qualified candidates for global client roles.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters when needed.
- Earn $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful placement.
Required profile
- Experience as an agency or freelance recruiter.
- Strong candidate network and sourcing abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own pipeline.
