Remote Medical Doctor – AI Evaluation (Hourly $130‑$180)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract invites board‑certified physicians and senior residents to apply their clinical expertise to cutting‑edge AI research. You will help shape the next generation of medical AI by creating realistic case scenarios and evaluating AI‑generated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient scenarios aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference answers that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Assess AI‑generated medical responses using structured criteria and provide detailed written feedback.
• Evaluate diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence across diverse cases.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents/fellows who are board‑eligible.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
