Remote Internal Medicine Physician (AI Evaluation)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to help fine‑tune large language models by creating and reviewing clinical scenarios. This fully remote, contract position allows you to apply your diagnostic expertise to ensure AI delivers accurate, empathetic, and safe medical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design advanced clinical cases covering acute, chronic, and preventive internal medicine.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers to improve model quality.
• Deliver structured feedback that informs next‑generation AI development for clinical and educational use.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent with active practice within the last 3+ years.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Internal Medicine.
• Strong grasp of the full spectrum of internal medicine, including acute care, chronic disease, and preventive medicine.
• Ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Education from a top‑tier institution (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, Oxford).
