Remote Banking Specialist – Up to $110/hr

About the role

We are looking for a Banking Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis, helping our AI research teams evaluate and improve model performance on financial documents. You will author test tasks, design multi‑step prompts, and create objective rubrics to ensure high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Write and curate tasks that test AI reasoning over real‑world financial documents.
• Develop complex, multi‑step requests that incorporate web search and code execution.
• Design objective evaluation rubrics for the Finance & Banking domain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine model understanding and output quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve model performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial management, personal financial advisory, banking & capital markets, or corporate finance & accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work remotely and manage time effectively.
