Remote Account Manager – Supply Chain Solutions

About the role
Vantree Systems is seeking a full‑time remote Account Manager to nurture client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our EDI and API supply‑chain automation solutions. You will act as the main point of contact, driving satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities, manage renewals, and upsell where appropriate.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure solution delivery.
- Monitor account health and proactively address issues.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance.
Required profile
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to understand client needs.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a remote setting.
- 1‑3 years experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required skills
- Knowledge of EDI, API, or automation solutions (preferred).
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or Sage (asset).
