Registered Practical Nurse – Medicine (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join the Medicine unit at Groves Memorial Community Hospital as a Registered Practical Nurse. This regular part‑time position offers the opportunity to deliver high‑quality patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Medicine unit, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses.
• Current BCLS certification.
• IV therapy and medication administration training to be completed within three months of hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work day, evening and night shifts as scheduled.
• Clean background check and pre‑employment health assessment.
