Registered Practical Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

The Registered Practical Nurse will deliver high‑quality patient care in an outpatient endoscopy setting, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and physician directives. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, recognizing and prioritising patient needs as outlined by physicians.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Perform IV initiation and assist with endoscopic procedures using Olympus equipment.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (PSS/CHR).
• Collaborate with surgeons, gastroenterologists, and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
