Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality care in its Antioch, California facility. This full‑time position offers a fast‑paced, supportive environment where you can make a daily impact on residents’ well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in line with care plans and physician orders.
• Safely administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents, promptly reporting any changes in condition.
• Lead and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapy and social services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond confidently to emergencies.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.

Required profile

• Active California RN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post‑acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
