Registered Nurse

About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to patients across medical, surgical and pediatric settings. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring and documentation.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical guidelines.
• Perform wound care management and telemetry monitoring.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans and preventive strategies.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners and other professionals.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Current registration as an RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, BScN or equivalent).
• Experience in direct patient care within a clinical setting.
• Preferred: certification in wound care, pediatric nursing experience, and familiarity with EHR systems.
