Registered Nurse – Home & Community Care

About the role

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality home and community health care across Canada. You will provide personalized nursing care in clients' homes, ensuring safety, dignity, and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Document care accurately using company‑provided mobile devices.
• Travel to client locations safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

Required profile

• RN degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening and a negative TB test.
• Valid driver’s licence, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
