Registered Nurse – Community Care in Muskoka

About the role

Join ParaMed as a Registered Nurse delivering community-based care in the heart of Muskoka. You will provide scheduled home visits to patients of all ages, helping them stay comfortable and safe in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients using appropriate tools and develop individualized care plans.
• Execute and continuously monitor care plans, adjusting as needed.
• Build rapport and trust with patients and families through a collaborative approach.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records for each encounter.
• Provide on‑call coverage, including after‑hours, to ensure patient safety.

Required profile

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel to patient homes.
• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel within the designated area.
• Passion for making a difference in the community.
