Regional Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Regional Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple Kenny U‑Pull locations within an assigned district, ensuring compliance with company standards, financial targets and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, develop action plans and conduct regular site visits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and support Branch Managers, conduct performance reviews and implement training programs.
• Develop and manage budgets, analyse financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability and control costs.
• Ensure high levels of customer service, resolve complaints promptly and implement feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate on district business plans, identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements across all locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing several retail or service locations.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Ability to analyse financial data and implement cost‑saving measures.
