Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supply including roofing, siding, metal and building envelope, is hiring an Inside Sales representative in Hamilton. The role is the first point of contact for customers in-store and by phone for sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports and purchasing
• Provide excellent support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while helping develop new ones
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and legislation
• Perform other duties as required

Required profile

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting or sales experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
• Authorized to work in Canada
