Recruitment Consultant – Remote, Commission Only

About the role

Reliance Impact is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. This remote, commission‑only position is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy building strong client and candidate relationships while earning based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active job opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment process from outreach to placement.
• Conduct candidate interviews and present top talent to clients.
• Maintain accurate records using the company ATS/CRM.
• Develop new business opportunities and support client growth.
• Provide a strong candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑based environment.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
