About the role
The Recruiter will attract and manage a portfolio of in‑demand talent, matching their skills with client needs in the assigned market. You will oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent community through personal and digital networking.
- Manage client orders, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across various assignments.
- Coordinate job kickoff and interview preparation calls with clients and candidates.
- Track consultant end dates and leverage development opportunities to align future placements with career aspirations.
- Advise clients on talent needs, recruitment strategy, and market trends.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or related sales roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Avature.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as JobApp.
