Recruiter – Permanent Search (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Permanent Search team. In this hybrid, full‑time position you will combine creativity and strategic sourcing to connect top talent with permanent opportunities for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Innovatively source candidates through our website, social media platforms, and job boards.
• Match qualified candidates with permanent job openings, guiding them through the full recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with HCR managers and participate in regular virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work outside regular business hours when needed.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities, multitasking, and excellent organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency, quality‑focused, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy in a Microsoft 365 environment and experience with an ATS.
• Preference for experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment.
