About the role

Join Securiguard’s Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help build the workforce that protects hospitals, transportation networks, commercial properties, government facilities, and communities across Canada. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with Operations leaders to deliver hiring solutions for a variety of security contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations Managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring across multiple business units.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Represent Securiguard at career fairs, community events, and recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for frontline or hourly positions is an asset.
• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, independent mindset with collaborative teamwork skills.
