Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join an international, collaborative environment. Based in Canada, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, recruitment platforms, networking, and direct search techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and headhunting across different countries and talent markets.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define expectations, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Ensure structured and consistent interview processes across teams and provide recruitment guidance to interviewers when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and familiarity with technical terminology.
