Receptionist (Part‑time, Term Contract)

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Winnipeg on a part‑time, term or contract basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system, record and relay messages.
- Maintain work records, logs, and perform filing, sorting and mail distribution.
- Enter data accurately into company systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of receptionist or similar office experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
- Morning shift, part‑time schedule.
- Hourly wage between CAD 22 and CAD 25.
