Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing (Coaticook)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality control activities throughout product development and production at our Coaticook facility. The role ensures compliance with customer requirements and industry standards while fostering a collaborative, family‑spirit work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise non‑conformity handling, calibration, and product audits.
• Manage corrective actions, follow‑ups, and data‑driven analysis of recurring issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain the calibration system.
• Train staff in problem‑solving techniques and support customer‑complaint investigations.
• Conduct internal inspections and audits of products and processes.
• Maintain internal standards and act as an internal auditor.
• Collaborate with project managers and quality engineers to update process documentation after component or material changes.

Required profile

• College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality systems management within a manufacturing environment, preferably cabinet or furniture production.
• Strong knowledge of production and dimensional systems (asset).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (asset).
