Project Manager II – Signage Projects

About the role

Access Signs is seeking a Project Manager II to lead signage projects from initiation to completion at its Montreal facility. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates design, manufacturing, and installation while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate design, production, and field installation activities.
• Secure permits, arrange inspections, and manage material deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to clarify requirements and manage changes.
• Monitor quality standards, prepare progress reports, and enforce safety regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably handling multiple signage projects.
• Background as an expeditor, with a track record of meeting project milestones.
• Knowledge of logistics management, including delivery scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with inspection processes, quality checks, and industry safety standards.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Relevant post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
