Project Manager – Cybersecurity Services

About the role

CYBERWELL Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity projects for high‑profile clients across Canada. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the strict security standards required to protect sensitive health data and other critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, aligning scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and timelines.
• Coordinate technical teams (engineering, SOC, analysts) and business stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Track and report project status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
• Ensure quality and completeness of all deliverables.
• Support demand planning and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal and external teams.
• Identify process improvements and conduct post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably delivering cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project‑management methodologies.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (preferred).
• Experience with SIEM platforms and XDR deployments.
• Knowledge of Security+, CySA+ or vendor‑specific SIEM certifications (preferred).
