Project Coordinator – Utility Construction

About the role

The Project Coordinator will act as the operational bridge between field execution teams and project controls on complex utility construction projects. This senior coordination position ensures that documentation, quality records, and progress tracking are accurate, complete, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field documentation and coordination systems from mobilization through project close‑out.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, NCRs, and drawing registers.
• Coordinate QA/QC records, including ITPs, inspection logs, traceability documents, and turnover packages.
• Track quantities, field progress, and material readiness to support cost forecasting and schedule monitoring.
• Identify coordination issues, risks, or execution conflicts and escalate them to project management.
• Ensure field‑level safety documentation is complete and integrated into project reporting.
• Represent coordination in client, subcontractor, and EPC meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of coordination or construction support experience in utility, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation, construction workflows, and compliance standards.
• Diploma or degree in construction, engineering technology, or project management; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work on active or remote project sites in a field‑facing role.
