Project Coordinator II – Support Project Management

About the role

The Project Coordinator II will support the Project Manager in delivering high‑quality results efficiently. This role involves coordinating resources, managing documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple construction and security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites to assess conditions and requirements for system design and installation.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to develop and manage schedules, resource plans, procurement, commissioning, and risk‑mitigation strategies while controlling costs.
• Collect, organize, and maintain technical documentation such as shop drawings and as‑built records, and prepare project close‑out packages.
• Maintain all written and verbal project communications and promptly resolve client concerns.
• Attend site visits and client walk‑throughs to ensure the highest quality delivery.
• Perform additional tasks as required, including occasional night‑shift work (approximately 30%).

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1‑3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Experience collecting and managing technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and project‑management software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet multiple deadlines.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 (DOE).
