Programmer Systems Analyst II

About the role

The Integrated Service Centre (ISC) at the University of British Columbia seeks a Programmer Systems Analyst II to design, build, and maintain application solutions that support campus‑wide ERP systems, including Workday. This hands‑on role works closely with business and configuration analysts to deliver integrated services for faculty, staff, and students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop computer application solutions for complex, campus‑wide systems.
• Collaborate with Business & Configuration Analysts to define and implement ERP configurations.
• Support planning, implementation, and operation of the university’s enterprise‑scale ERP platform.
• Develop and maintain Workday Enterprise configurations as required.
• Work with technical leads, managers, developers, and ERP sustainment teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and supporting large‑scale ERP applications.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to enterprise systems.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, user‑focused solutions.
