Production Team Leader

About the role

Join the Mad Mexican production leadership team as a hands‑on Production Team Leader. You will oversee frontline staff on the plant floor, coordinate workflow, and help ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise frontline production staff during each shift.
• Coordinate workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor and enforce food‑safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report variances.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and handling materials.

Required profile

• 2+ years of lead or team‑lead experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
