Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on production planning, scheduling, facility oversight, and ensuring safe, cost‑effective, high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for all production activities, aligning daily operations with productivity, safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Develop and execute short‑, mid‑, and long‑term production plans, translating forecasts into master production schedules (MPS) and material requirements plans (MRP).
• Oversee facility infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule supervisors, leads, and production staff while driving engagement and performance.
• Champion quality and continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, planning, and scheduling.
• Track record of optimizing performance through proactive planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage workforce planning, labor utilization, and employee development.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
