Offering Specialist – Fire

About the role

As the Offering Specialist for the Fire Division, you will own the end‑to‑end management of a portfolio of fire‑protection products serving the Continental Europe market. You will shape product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and ensure compliance with fire‑safety regulations while delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product P&L, monitor bookings, shipments, revenue, margin and inventory metrics, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct market research, analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform product improvements and new opportunities.
• Define product strategy, roadmap and positioning, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align with business goals.
• Lead product development, specifying requirements, guiding testing, and ensuring regulatory certifications for Continental Europe.
• Create and execute go‑to‑market plans, including pricing, positioning, promotional tactics and sales enablement.
• Engage with customers and partners, gathering insights and resolving product‑related issues.
• Work with compliance teams to maintain adherence to NFPA, FM/UL, LPCB, ISO and local fire codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Background in fire safety, mechanical engineering or industrial design.
• Proven product management experience in fire‑safety or related safety equipment sectors.

Required skills

• Product lifecycle management from concept through launch and phase‑out.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market and financial data.
• In‑depth knowledge of fire‑related standards (NFPA, UL, ISO, LPCB).
• Proficiency with product management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
