Production & Flow Coordinator

About the role

CSN Champlain Autobody is looking for a Production & Flow Coordinator to oversee the vehicle repair pipeline from blueprint to delivery. The role focuses on preventing bottlenecks, improving cycle times, and ensuring high‑quality output in a busy collision‑repair shop.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule daily shop activities, balance workloads, and stage vehicles for continuous flow.
• Identify recurring delays, apply Lean principles, and update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Partner with Repair Planners to verify parts availability and confirm repair readiness.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians, parts coordinators, and leadership to keep everyone aligned.
• Track KPIs such as cycle time, touch time, and work‑in‑process, and conduct operational audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the collision‑repair industry.
• Deep knowledge of blueprinting, parts management, and production flow.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence.
