Production Assistant

About the role

MWD Creative is seeking a Production Assistant to support its growing production team. Reporting to the Creative Operations Assistant Manager, you will help plan, prepare, and execute experiential events and brand activations, gaining hands‑on experience in event production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparation of experiential events and brand activations.
• Prepare production materials, event kits, and support load‑ins, installations, execution, and tear‑downs.
• Research, source, and purchase props, décor, rentals, and event supplies while adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, exchanges, returns, and track orders to ensure timely arrival.
• Organise, pack, label, and prepare event materials for upcoming activations.
• Support inventory management, storage organisation, and maintain accurate production records.
• Communicate with suppliers, rental companies, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.

• Early‑career professional eager to learn event production.
• Enjoys behind‑the‑scenes work and is comfortable rolling up sleeves.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks.
