Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the development and optimisation of BinSentry’s Devices portfolio, working closely with the CTO and VP of Product. This role oversees both hardware device initiatives and the ProSense HD product line, driving design, prototyping, certification and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Devices product development process, facilitating design reviews and managing cross‑functional dependencies.
• Lead the ProSense HD product roadmap, prioritising projects, allocating resources and executing with urgency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve task‑level requirements, interdependencies and conflicts across multiple projects.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales, support and operations to inform product enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement in product performance, UI/UX and new feature development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product‑focused experience involving hardware devices, preferably with hardware‑enabled SaaS.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, with experience facilitating technical discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
