About the role
Mastercard Identity is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead the development of Account Protection solutions that secure consumer accounts throughout their lifecycle. The role will help build a trusted intelligence layer that supports onboarding, monitoring, recovery and investigation of accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of Account Protection products across the full account lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering, data science, privacy, commercialization and legal teams to define product requirements.
- Drive product development, ensure market readiness and commercialisation of solutions.
- Leverage network‑scale identity data, risk signals and intelligence to improve security outcomes.
- Gather customer insights and perform analysis to guide product strategy.
Required profile
- Experience in product management within identity, security or fraud‑prevention domains.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, data science, privacy, commercialization and legal.
