Product Designer

About the role

Scotiabank’s Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division is looking for a Product Designer to shape the digital experience of its online business banking platforms. You will work closely with agile product and technology teams to deliver user‑centric solutions that support small‑business, commercial and corporate clients across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end digital experiences for responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user research and insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify design intent and ensure technical feasibility.
• Participate in co‑creation workshops, usability testing sessions and design reviews.
• Document design decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous feedback and learning within the design team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 + years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in digital product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with web and mobile interfaces.
