Product Commercialization Manager – Security Solutions

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions organization is looking for a Product Commercialization Manager to drive market readiness, launch excellence, and commercial success of its security portfolio. The role bridges product, sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams to ensure new and enhanced security products reach customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for identity, fraud management, dispute resolution, and cybersecurity products.
• Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer‑centric value propositions, pricing models, and market‑aligned packaging.
• Conduct market and competitive assessments to identify commercialization opportunities and product‑market fit.
• Lead cross‑functional launch planning, aligning product, sales, marketing, operations, legal, and customer success.
• Define and manage launch milestones, success metrics, and readiness requirements.
• Create commercialization artifacts such as positioning guides, launch playbooks, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Equip sales and partner organizations with tools, training, and collateral to sell security solutions.
• Drive adoption through playbooks, demo narratives, competitive talk tracks, objection handling guides, and ROI calculators.
• Support key deal cycles with strategic product insights and solution guidance.
• Monitor product adoption, revenue performance, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to optimize GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand‑generation campaigns aligned to the product roadmap.
• Identify adoption barriers and develop programs to accelerate onboarding and utilization.
• Provide market insights to influence product strategy.
