Product Advisor – Mini (Vancouver)

About the role

The Product Advisor role at Mini Vancouver is a full‑time position within the OpenRoad automotive group. You will be responsible for selling new and pre‑owned Mini vehicles, delivering a superior guest experience, and contributing to the dealership’s sales targets. Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and pre‑owned vehicles by accurately determining customer needs.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting and exceeding established sales goals.
• Prospect new customers and generate referrals to grow the dealership’s customer base.
• Provide a superior experience for guests, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Maintain high product knowledge and participate in all available product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan actions to achieve them.

Required profile

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Coachability and openness to learning.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Effective negotiation skills and sound decision‑making.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and a current ICBC driver’s record.
• VSA licence and additional language abilities are assets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills.
