Procurement Coordinator

About the role

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to support its Indirect Procurement Department. The role will ensure smooth acquisition of goods and services, work closely with internal teams, and help optimise procurement processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders based on contracts, quotes and stakeholder requests.
• Manage procurement activities for indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders to clarify order details and resolve inquiries.
• Track open purchase orders, monitor status and address any delays.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and databases for receipts and reconciliations.
• Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and facilitate timely supplier payments.
• Leverage Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) systems to improve efficiency and align with best practices.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and assist with ad‑hoc procurement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field, preferably indirect procurement.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both French and English for daily communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with purchase‑order software such as Reqlogic, SAP or Oracle.
