Process Control Operator – Food & Beverage Processing

About the role

The Process Control Operator works on the shop floor of a food and beverage processing plant, ensuring that production equipment runs smoothly and meets quality standards. This entry‑level position involves monitoring machines, making adjustments, and recording production data.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective adjustments on machines and process variables.
• Record production information and maintain shift logs.
• Observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify processing conditions.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Check finished products for defects and ensure conformance to company specifications.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food processing environment or related machinery.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
