Process Control Operator – Food & Beverage Processing

About the role

The company is seeking a Process Control Operator to work on the shop floor of a food and beverage processing plant. The role involves monitoring and adjusting production equipment to ensure that processing conditions meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective adjustments on machines as needed.
• Record production data and maintain shift logs.
• Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify processing conditions.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas.
• Adjust process variables to maintain product quality.
• Check finished products for defects and conformance to company standards.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand‑eye coordination.
