About the role
This full‑time position provides attentive, nurturing care for infants and children in a private Brampton home. The caregiver will support daily routines, ensure a safe environment, and assist the family with household tasks related to child‑care.
Key responsibilities
- Change diapers, sterilize bottles, and prepare formula.
- Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise infants and children.
- Organize games, outings, and educational activities.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and manage rest periods.
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment and perform light housekeeping.
- Transport children to school, appointments, and family trips.
- Record daily activities, health information, and follow parental discipline methods.
- Support children’s emotional well‑being and social development.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of child‑care experience.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Organized, reliable, and strong time‑management skills.
