About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide full‑time child care in a private home setting in Edmonton. The role involves looking after infants and children, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and development while supporting the household when parents are away.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, feed, bathe, and dress infants and children according to parents' guidelines.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate games, outings, and educational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment, including light housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Keep daily records of activities, health information, and any incidents.
• Travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and household tasks.

Required profile

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Organized, reliable, patient, and honest.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
• Ability to follow discipline methods specified by parents.
