About the role

As a Dairy Counter Attendant at Saputo’s plant in Plessisville, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth handling and presentation of dairy products at the service counter.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and package dairy items such as cheese, milk and cream according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area, adhering to food‑safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of products on the counter.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding product availability and specifications.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to report any issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
