PMO to the Chair (Executive Support)

About the role

The PMO, Chair is a trusted partner who enables the Chair to operate efficiently across the firm and as an external ambassador. This senior administrative role manages global logistics, high‑discretion stakeholder interactions, and ensures the Chair’s time, travel, and engagements are deliberately organized.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end calendar management, including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare meeting materials, conduct background research, and draft documents as needed.
• Design and execute multi‑region travel itineraries, with a focus on European logistics and local business norms.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for high‑discretion communications with the Board, CEO, ExCo, partners, and external clients.
• Coordinate logistics for Board meetings, Partner Gatherings, and other internal events.
• Maintain organizational systems for tracking engagements, contacts, and expenses.
• Support expense management, travel administration, and continuous improvement of office processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated discretion, professional judgment, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven experience managing complex global travel, especially within Europe.
• Strong organizational abilities and proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools and related technology platforms.
