Physician, Evenings and Weekends

About the role

Dialogue is Canada’s leading virtual care provider, delivering primary, mental health and wellness services to employees and families across the country. We are seeking a licensed physician to join our evening and weekend roster, providing high‑quality, remote medical care through our integrated platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient assessments via the Dialogue Care Platform, diagnosing and treating common and complex conditions.
• Deliver timely medical advice, identify urgent symptoms, and create personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, care coordinators, psychologists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists or community services when needed.
• Maintain accurate, regulatory‑compliant records of all patient interactions, treatment plans and follow‑ups.
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives aimed at improving virtual care delivery.

Required profile

• Medical degree and active licensure to practice in Canada.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary‑care or similar setting.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends on a virtual platform.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
